SANLEX RUFCOAT is a roof paint based on an acrylic emulsion blend, specially formulated for painting roof tiles in tropical climates. Designed to withstand intense sunlight and rain, this paint protects and enhances your roof’s appearance.

How to Use:

• Surface Preparation: Clean the surface from oil, dirt, moss, and old paint

• New Tiles: Remove dust and dirt

• Old Tiles: Remove moss (fungus)

• Mixing Ratio:

  • Brush: dilute with 10–20% clean water

  • Spray: dilute with 30–40% clean water

• Application: Use a brush or spray

• Recoating Time: After 1–2 hours (depending on weather)

Coverage: 800–1000 tiles per pail (depending on tile type and color)
