PROPAN Fungicidal Wash is a powerful cleaning agent used to remove moss, mold, algae, spores, and other debris from natural and artificial stone surfaces. It is highly suitable as surface preparation before applying protective coatings or repainting. Safe for use on walls, tile roofs, metal sheets, concrete, and bricks. Application Steps – Moss & Mold Removal:

1. Clean the surface using high-pressure water, scraper, or wire brush

2. Apply evenly using a brush or roller

3. Let sit for 24 hours, rinse with clean water, and allow to dry

4. Repeat if needed

1. Clean surface from dust, dirt, and oil

2. Apply one coat of Propan Fungicidal Wash diluted 1:1 with clean water

3. Let it dry without rinsing, and continue with primer or wall sealer
