MODACON Cement Water Proofing 2K-S21
MODACON is a two-component instant cement-based waterproof coating reinforced with a Polymer Binder. It is highly recommended for wet areas such as swimming pools, bathrooms, concrete roofs, basements, and kitchens.

Technical Data:

  • Mixing Ratio: 2 parts cement : 1 part liquid

Application Instructions:

  1. Clean the dried plaster surface from dirt and moisten it to dampen.

  2. Pour Modacon Flexible Water Proofing 2K Liquid into a mixing container.

  3. Gradually add Modacon Flexible Water Proofing 2K Cement while stirring until fully mixed.

  4. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes to allow the polymer to react perfectly.

  5. Apply the mixture with a brush, roller, or trowel depending on the substrate type. Allow to dry for 1-2 hours.

  6. Apply a second coat over the first dried layer with strokes in the opposite direction.
