MODACON Anti Alkali Cement Plaster
Premium instant plaster in light grey color, designed to level and smooth the surface of concrete and plaster before the painting or wallpaper application. MODACON Anti Alkali Cement Plaster is made from Cement, Filler, Additives, and strengthened with a special polymer. This formula is ideal for use in both exterior and interior applications.

Technical Data:

  • Mixing Ratio: 5 parts cement : 1.5 clean water

  • Coverage: 2 – 2.5m² / 5kg Sack

  • Application Method: Roskam

  • Final Product: 5kg, 25kg

Application Instructions:

  1. Pour 6.5 liters of clean water into a mixing container for every 25kg of Modacon Anti Alkali Plaster.

  2. Add the Modacon Cement Plaster into the mixture.

  3. Mix until smooth and let it sit for 5 minutes for the polymer to react perfectly.

  4. Apply the plaster mixture to the wall surface.

  5. Smooth and refine the surface using a Roskam.
