Melamine Sanding Sealer MSS-123 is a two-component primer made of amino and alkyd resin. It is designed as a base coat to be combined with IMPRA MELAMINE LACK ML-131 (Clear Gloss / Semi Gloss / Clear Dof).

Usage:
Suitable for interior wood finishing.

Application Steps:

  1. Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry, and free from oil.

  2. Sand the wood surface with 180 grit sandpaper following the grain until smooth.

  3. For closed pores, fill the wood pores with IMPRA Wood Filler SH-113, then sand with 240 grit sandpaper until the pores are visible again.

  4. Stain with IMPRA Wood Stain WS-162B using a brush, then wipe before drying.

  5. Mix Melamine Sanding Sealer MSS-123 with Hardener and Thinner in the ratio A : B : Melamine Thinner = 9 : 1 : 6.

  6. Spray evenly with a spray gun.
