DAMDEX is a cement additive that produces a water-resistant coating, adhesive, and patch with superior properties to protect buildings efficiently and effectively.

Special Qualities of Damdex:

1. Leak-proof and water-resistant, suitable for coating pools to prevent leaks or seepage.

2. Heat and weather resistant; the waterproof layer withstands heat and fire, not easily damaged by sunlight or rainwater pressure.

3. Fast drying and hardening perfectly.

4. Can adhere under wet conditions and underwater, able to bond ceramic tiles underwater without draining, can patch leaking water, and usable in the rainy season.

5. Strengthens cement results, making plastering three times stronger, increasing concrete compressive strength by up to 35%, and grout joints more scratch-resistant with stable color.

6. Multifunctional; mixtures can be adjusted for various needs (waterproof coating, adhesive, grouting, plastering, water-resistant concrete).

Mixtures:

• Mixture 1 (Liquid, waterproof): 2 cement + 1 water + 1 damdex

• Mixture 2 (Solid, for patching/adhesive): 3 cement + 1 damdex

• Mixture 3 (Thick, for grouting): 1 cement + 2% damdex by cement weight + sufficient water

• Mixture 4 (Thick, for plastering): 1 cement + 2% damdex by cement weight + water + sufficient sand

• Mixture 5 (Solid, for concrete): 1 cement + 0.5%-2% damdex by cement weight + water + sand + gravel
