AQUAPROOF PRO – Waterproof Coating

AQUAPROOF PRO is a waterproof coating formulated with the latest polyurethane acrylate innovation. It is designed for horizontal and vertical surfaces, suitable for both interior and exterior use. It can be applied to various surfaces such as metal, concrete, brick walls, GRC, gypsum, and more. With excellent waterponding resistance, it is ideal for concrete deck applications.

Surface Preparation:

1. Ensure the concrete/cement surface is clean from dirt, rust, grease, oil, mold, or small particles. Moldy areas should be cleaned using fungicide, brushed, and rinsed thoroughly.

2. For rusty metal surfaces, clean the rust and apply high-quality anti-corrosion coating.

3. For hairline cracks, apply Aquaproof Pro directly using a brush or roller. For wider cracks, mix with fine sand (maximum 30 mesh) in a 1:1 volume ratio.

4. Use Aquaproof Polyester Mesh or Super Mesh for wide cracks, movement areas, or surfaces with foot traffic. Place the mesh on the first wet layer of Aquaproof Pro, then apply the second layer on top.

Application Method:

• By Brush or Roller: Apply Aquaproof Pro evenly according to the recommended dosage. Allow it to dry to the touch before applying the next coat. Use a smooth-fiber roller for best results.

• By Spray: Suitable for spray application as well.

Coverage:

• As a waterproof coating: 1 kg/m²

• As a decorative and finishing coat: 1 kg/4 m²

• Specific Gravity: 1.2 ± 0.05 g/mL

• Viscosity: 19,000 – 25,000 cPs

• Tensile Strength (ASTM D412): >2 MPa

• Dilution: No dilution required

• Touch Dry Time: ± 30–60 minutes (depending on temperature and humidity)
