ADDITION HE is an additive for concrete or cement that, when mixed at specific dosages, can accelerate concrete curing time, produce high-quality concrete, and permanently waterproof the concrete.

High-Quality Concrete Hardener

(small dose: 80 cc per sack / 50 kg cement)

• Increases early and final concrete strength by over 25%

• Reduces mixing water requirement by up to 15% with the same slump and workability

• Improves fresh concrete workability without adding water

• Prevents porous concrete and honeycombing

• Produces smoother, abrasion-resistant concrete surfaces

• Facilitates placement and pouring of fresh concrete in dense reinforcement

• Reduces bleeding water, resulting in non-porous surfaces resistant to reinforcement corrosion

Accelerates Setting Time

(dose: 120 cc per sack / 50 kg cement)

• Achieves 7-day concrete compressive strength equivalent to conventional 28-day concrete

• Includes benefits of small dose for producing high-quality concrete

Waterproofing Concrete

(large dose: 200 cc per sack / 50 kg cement)

• Prevents capillary action, producing dense, compact, and permanently waterproof concrete

• Retains benefits of small dose for high-quality concrete

Requirements for Waterproof Concrete Using ADDITION HE:

• Minimum Portland Cement of 300 kg per cubic meter of concrete

• Mix ratio CEMENT : SAND : GRAVEL = 1 : 2 : 3

• Maximum water amount 0.50 by cement weight or 20 liters per sack

• Mix ADDITION HE thoroughly, then mix concrete as usual

• Sand and gravel must be hard, sharp, non-porous, and clean
