DAMDEx is a cement additive that produces waterproof coatings, adhesives, and fillers with superior properties to efficiently and effectively protect buildings.

Damdex Special Qualities:

1. Waterproof and resists water penetration, suitable for coating pools to prevent leaks or seepage.

2. Heat and weather resistant, waterproof layers withstand sunlight and rainwater pressure.

3. Quick drying and perfectly hardening.

4. Can adhere in wet conditions and underwater, such as bonding floor tiles underwater and repairing leaking water.

5. Strengthens cement results up to three times, increases concrete compressive strength by up to 35%, and makes tile grout more scratch resistant and color durable.

6. Multifunctional with various mixtures to suit needs:

   • Liquid mix for waterproofing (1 cement : 2 water : 1 damdex)

   • Solid mix for patching or adhesive (3 cement : 1 damdex)

   • Thick mix for grouting and plastering (different ratios as needed)

   • Solid mix for concrete (cement, damdex, water, sand, split as needed)
