SANLEX RUFCOAT is a roof tile paint based on a combination of acrylic emulsion, specially formulated for painting roof tiles in tropical areas.

Advantages:

  • Resistant to sunlight and tropical weather conditions.

  • Waterproof and resistant to moss (anti-fungus).

  • Good adhesion on concrete, plaster, asbestos cement, hardboard, wood, and metal sheets.

Usage Instructions:

Surface Preparation:

  • Clean the surface from oil, moss, dust, dirt, and old paint residues.

  • New tiles should be cleaned from dust and dirt.

  • Old tiles must be cleaned from moss (fungus).

Mixing:

  • Brush: dilute with 10-20% clean water.

  • Spray: dilute with 30-40% clean water.

Application:

  • Can be applied using brush or spray.

  • Repaint after the first coat is dry (1-2 hours, depending on weather).

Specifications:

  • Coverage: 800-1000 tiles per pail (depending on tile type and color).

  • Thinner: clean water.
