Product Description:
ELASTEX WATERPROOF 3-in-1 is a waterproof coating paint with 5 years of leak protection, made from tough acrylic elastomeric latex to prevent water leakage, seal hairline cracks, and also functions as an excellent primer. This paint is waterproof, elastic, crack-resistant, anti-alkali, anti-mold, has strong adhesion, and is resistant to sagging/dripping. Now available in over 2000 color options.
ELASTEX WATERPROOF is used in areas prone to leaks such as ceilings, roofs, gutters or joints, tile or metal roofs, asbestos or wooden roofs, concrete roofs, water tanks, exterior walls, etc. It can be applied on cement/concrete, wood, metal, and zinc.

Application Data:

• Application: Brush, roller, or spray

• Solvent: Water

• Thinning:
  • 10 – 20% for the first coat
  • 0 – 5% for the second and third coats

• Recommended number of coats: 2 – 3 coats

• Theoretical coverage:
  • 6 – 7 m²/kg/coat (90 µ)
  • 9 – 11 m²/kg/coat (40 µ)

• Drying time*:
  • Touch dry: 30 minutes
  • Hard dry: 90 minutes

• Next coat interval: 2 – 3 hours
