Product Description:
Elastex Waterproof 3-in-1 is a waterproof coating paint made from elastomeric acrylic latex, specially formulated to provide up to 5 years of leak protection. It is waterproof, flexible, crack-resistant, alkali-resistant, mold-resistant, strongly adhesive, and non-dripping. Besides acting as a waterproof layer, it also serves as an excellent primer. Now available in over 2,000 color options.

Elastex Waterproof is ideal for areas prone to leaks such as ceilings, roofs, gutters, joints, tiled or metal roofs, asbestos or wooden roofs, concrete roofs, water tanks, and exterior walls. Suitable for surfaces such as cement/concrete, wood, metal, and zinc.

Application Data:

• Dilution:
  • First coat: 10–20%
  • Second & third coat: 0–5%

• Recommended Coats: 2–3 layers

• Theoretical Coverage:
  • 6–7 m²/kg/coat (90 microns)
  • 9–11 m²/kg/coat (40 microns)

• Drying Time:
  • Touch dry: ± 30 minutes
  • Hard dry: ± 90 minutes
