Biovarnish Sanding Sealer is used to close the pores of wood fibers and smooth the wood surface texture, also serving as an intermediate layer for the top coating layer.

Preparation:

  • Ensure substrate is dry (MC < 15%) and free from dust, dirt, and oil.

  • Sand surface before applying sanding sealer, clean sanding dust thoroughly.

  • Add clean water with ratio 2 parts sealer : 1 part water to achieve viscosity suitable for application tool. Stir well until homogeneous.

  • Water-based sanding sealer is ready to apply.

Application:

  • Apply with brush or spray. Wait until dry and ready to sand (30-60 minutes at room temperature with good air circulation and non-humid conditions).

  • After dry, sand smooth and level the surface.

  • Repeat the procedure for a perfect finish.
