MOWILEX ALCABOND 1 KG – SUPER BONDING AGENT FOR CONCRETE

Mowilex Alcabond is a special cement-based bonding agent that enhances flexibility, reducing cracking in concrete, cement, and mortar. It can be used to bond old concrete to new concrete, adhere plaster to concrete, and bond subfloors during installation of ceramic tiles, porcelain, and marble.

Usage Instructions:

Bonding Old Concrete to New Concrete:

• Ensure the old concrete surface is clean from dust, oil, loose parts, and other contaminants.

• Prepare the bonding mixture by pouring Mowilex Alcabond into a bucket containing water at a ratio of 1 to 3 times the volume of Alcabond. Stir well.

• Add cement as needed and mix until a paste is formed that can be easily brushed or poured.

• Apply the bonding paste evenly on the old concrete surface.

• Pour new concrete onto the still-wet bonding layer.

• After pouring, cure the new concrete by keeping the surface moist through watering or covering with wet sacks.
