Description:
Melamine Sanding Sealer MSS-123 is a two-component primer made from amino and alkyd resin. It is designed as a base coat to be combined with IMPRA MELAMINE LACK ML-131 Clear Gloss / Semi Gloss / Clear Dof.

Advantages:

Usage:
Suitable for interior wood finishing.

Application Steps:

  1. Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry, and free from oil.

  2. Sand the wood surface with 180-grit sandpaper along the grain until smooth.

  3. If the wood pores are closed, fill them with IMPRA Wood Filler SH-113. After drying, sand again with 240-grit sandpaper until the wood surface is visible.

  4. Stain with IMPRA Wood Stain WS-162B using a brush, then wipe before drying.

  5. Mix Melamine Sanding Sealer MSS-123 with Hardener and Thinner at the ratio A : B : Melamine Thinner = 9 : 1 : 6.

  6. Spray the Melamine Sanding Sealer MSS-123 evenly.
