Product Description:
Pioneer Non-Sag Epoxy is a versatile two-component resin with a non-sagging consistency, ideal for vertical or overhead applications. It adheres well even on wet or damp surfaces, with a maximum thickness of up to ½ inch. This product is highly resistant to water, most acids, alkalis, and other organic solvents.

FUNCTIONS AND APPLICATIONS:

BONDING – Effective on dry or damp/wet surfaces such as wood, metal, concrete, glass, fiberglass, and some plastics. Suitable for attaching metal fixtures, boat hull fittings, and decorative elements.

COATING – Fills grain and uneven textures on wood; seals leaks in rigid pipe joints.

FILLING – Repairs dents, bends, and holes in metal structures like cars, trucks, and equipment; fills gaps and irregularities in wooden boat hulls.

REPAIRING – Fixes imperfect joints, cracks, rotten areas, or holes caused by marine borers or fungi, and is excellent for wood replacement.

APPLICATION METHOD:

  1. Mix both components evenly. Apply the mixture with a putty knife or similar tool to one or both surfaces.

  2. Join the surfaces with enough pressure for a firm bond. Trim off any excess epoxy.

  3. Let it cure for 4 hours before sanding. Avoid heavy handling for at least 24 hours after application.
