PROCRETE BONDING AGENT BDA-810
PROCRETE BONDING AGENT BDA-810 is a versatile latex additive for cement mortar mixtures and is also used in the mixture of PROCRETE Cement Filler CF – 700. PROCRETE Bonding Agent BDA – 810 enhances the hardness of plaster and skim coat and provides resistance against impact and vibration. The mixture of PROCRETE Cement Filler CF – 700 and PROCRETE Bonding Agent BDA – 810 can address wall moisture and prevent wall paint damage.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

  1. Surface Preparation:
    Ensure that cracked or damaged plaster is clean from mold and mildew. Use FUNGICIDAL WASH for areas affected by mold and mildew. Peel off and remove any damaged old paint.
    For moisture issues on walls, remove any existing plaster or skim coat.

  2. Skim Coat Layer:
    Mix PROCRETE Cement Filler CF – 700 : PROCRETE Bonding Agent BDA – 810 : Water (mix ratio of 9 – 12 : 1 : 2 – 3 by weight), apply in 2 – 3 layers. Let it dry for 5 days.

  3. Primer Layer:
    Use DECOR Alkali Resisting Primer AR – 300 (Water Based) or DECOR Alkali Resisting Primer AS – 310 (Solvent Based) without thinning, apply 1 layer (20 microns).

  4. Final Layer:
    Exterior or interior paint as needed for exterior or interior surfaces.
