AVITEX BIOCIDAL WASH is a water-based liquid designed to eliminate and prevent the growth of bacteria, fungi, and moss. It can also be used as a disinfectant liquid (check the advertisement video).

Advantages:

• Can be applied to walls before applying the base coat.

• Can also be used on other surfaces as a cleaner for mold, moss, and dirt.

• Enhances the durability of wall paint against mold and moss attacks.

Theoretical Coverage: 16 – 18 m²/Liter/Coat

Application Method:

• Use a roller or brush for application on both exterior and interior surfaces.

• Ensure that the surface is clean from dirt.

• If mold or moss is too thick, scrub the surface with water until clean.

• Apply Avitex Biocidal Wash evenly.

• After drying, proceed with painting using your choice of base coat and topcoat.

Theoretical Protection Duration:
Approximately 4 years, depending on usage method.

This product can also function as a disinfectant liquid.
