Anti-Scratch Paint Propan PU PUL-91 Top Coat Clear Dof Semi Gloss Sanding Sealer – Dof

PROPAN PU – 91 is a high-quality non-yellowing PU Acrylic clear lacquer. PU-91 is ideal for finishing furniture made from very light neutral wood. This PU Acrylic is very hard yet flexible and can be polished with buffing compound after 24 hours. The top coat is available in three levels: Clear Gloss (90 sheen), Semi Gloss (55 sheen), and Clear Dof (15 sheen).

Base Coat: PU Sanding Sealer PUSS – 91
Top Coat: PU Lacquer PUL – 91 (Clear Gloss/Semi Gloss/Dof)

Application Procedure:
If necessary, use IMPRA Wood FILLER to fill the wood pores. Then sand with sandpaper no. 240. Clean off sanding dust.
Use IMPRA WOOD STAIN for wood coloring.
Apply PU Sanding Sealer PUSS-91 (Mixing ratio A : B : Thinner = 4 : 1 : 2-3) with a coating amount of 100-120 g/m² (spray). Allow to dry for 3-4 hours. Sand with sandpaper no. 400. Repeat the same process for the second and third coats.
Apply PU Lacquer PUL-91 (Mixing ratio A : B : Thinner = 4 : 1 : 2-3) with a coating amount of 100-120 g/m² (spray). Allow to dry for a full day.
The top coat is available in three gloss levels: Clear Gloss, Semi Gloss, and Clear Dof.
